The Pennsylvanian Hunger compilation series was created by Lord Akhkharu (Vukodlak) to promote the Pennsylvania black metal underground. In the early 2000s, a web archive existed which listed bands, discographies & contact info. A similarly named zine focusing on American black metal as a whole was also run by an affiliate for a brief period.
